Deloitte & Touche LLP ("Deloitte") retained GMB to provide a valuation analysis of Deloitte & Touche Tax Technologies LLC ("DTTT"), its tax consulting practice.

GMB performed a thorough valuation and analysis to determine the relative value of DTTT as a standalone entity versus the value of DTTT as part of the Deloitte organization. After the completion of the project, Deloitte made the strategic decision to retain DTTT within the existing Deloitte & Touche organization.
