ClearVision Laser Centers, Inc. ("ClearVision"), a privately owned and operated company, was the nation's largest private provider of corrective eye laser surgery. GMB previously had represented the company in the placement of equity with Moore Capital Management, LLC, a private capital management firm with offices in New York, London and Washington, DC.

When Moore Capital decided to exit its investment in ClearVision, GMB was retained to sell the company. GMB conducted an auction process targeting strategic buyers and successfully negotiated the sale of ClearVision to Laser Vision Centers. Laser Vision Centers later merged with TLC Laser Eye Centers, Inc. which became TLC Vision Corp. (NASDAZ: TLCV), one of the world's largest corrective eye laser surgery companies.
