Mr. Henson joined GMB in 1991. In his nearly 20-year investment banking career, he has assisted family-owned businesses, private equity-backed and public companies, and entrepreneurs in completing sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions and private financing transactions, predominantly with Industrials and Healthcare companies. Prior to joining GMB, Mr. Henson was vice president in the Corporate Finance Department at Boettcher & Company, Inc., then the largest investment banking firm headquartered in the Rocky Mountains, and an associate with Bankers Trust Company in New York City. Previously, he was a senior petroleum engineer with Tenneco Oil Company and a reservoir engineer with Exxon Company, USA. Mr. Henson is a director of the Denver Botanic Gardens Endowment and the Economic Club of Colorado, and is a member of the UCD Business School Board of Advisors. He also is cellarmaster of the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin, Sous-Commanderie of Denver.
