Laurel Kenny, Chief Operations Officer

Ms. Kenny joined GMB in 2003 as Operations Manager. She was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Administration in 2007 and Chief Operations Officer in 2008. In addition to overseeing marketing and administration, Ms. Kenny is responsible for budgeting, finance and accounting. She is the firm's liaison to parent company CoBiz for IT, human resources and communications. Prior to joining GMB, she was operations manager for That Wine is Mine, a giftware company that designed, produced and distributed wine accessories. Previously, she was assistant vice president and principal for UniRock Management Corporation, a Denver-based investment banking firm that merged with GMB in 2001. While at UniRock, which she joined at its inception in 1988, she was involved in a broad range of functions including transaction work, liaison with portfolio companies, operations management, accounting, marketing and human resources. Ms. Kenny represents GMB in the DPS Foundation's School Partners Program.
