Mr. Garcia joined GMB in 2005. Working in each of GMB's industry practices, he has experience completing mergers & acquisitions and private placements of debt and equity for a varied list of middle-market companies. Among the transactions Mr. Garcia has been involved with are Zeledyne, LLC's acquisition of the glass division of Automotive Component Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company; Dynamic Materials Corporation's (Nasdaq:BOOM) acquisition of German-based DYNAenergetics GmbH and Co. KG, and the successful sale of Vacation Rentals by Owner ("VRBO.com"). Prior to joining GMB, Mr. Garcia served as a credit analyst at Vectra Bank Colorado where he specialized in debt underwriting for both commercial and corporate clients. Mr. Garcia serves on the Board of Directors of the American Lung Association of Colorado, is active in the DPS Foundation's School Partners Program and is a member of the Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
