Mr. Edgington joined GMB in 2007. Prior to joining GMB, he was an investment banking analyst in the Asset Finance Group at Credit Suisse Securities in New York City, where he focused on capital raising strategies for large companies mainly through securitizations; he has participated in 15 lead managed transactions totaling over $20 billion. Previously, Mr. Edgington was an associate in the Transactions Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City, where he performed valuation reviews for sell-side and buy-side merger and acquisition engagements ranging from $20 million - $6 billion.
