Mr. Anderson joined GMB in 2005 and focuses on GMB's Healthcare practice. Prior to joining GMB,
he was an investment banking associate in the Global Industries Group at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc.
in New York City. With over 12 years of accounting and finance experience, he has managed sell-side
and buy-side merger and acquisition engagements; senior, high yield and convertible debt placements;
and equity underwriting. Previously, Mr. Anderson was a tax associate for Ernst & Young, LLP and a
hotel property controller for Marriott International, Inc. Mr. Anderson serves on the Leadership
Development Committee for the Boy Scouts of America Denver Area Council.
