Ms. Hickey joined GMB in 2010. Ms. Hickey has advised on financing, financial restructuring and M&A transactions with an aggregate value of more than $2 billion throughout her career. Prior to joining GMB, she worked at Houlihan Lokey, first in the PIPE/Private Placement Group where she advised early-stage companies on securing growth capital, and later with Houlihan's financial restructuring group in London, where she focused on financial restructuring, covenant waivers and covenant resets for companies throughout Europe with debt packages above £500 million. Previously, she worked in the European Debt Advisory Group, where she was responsible for advising private equity companies on procuring, structuring and negotiating debt packages in conjunction with LBO transactions. Ms. Hickey is currently active in the BiD Network, where she advises entrepreneurs in emerging markets on their business plans and financial projections.
