Chris Hammond, Managing Director, GMB Business Advisors

Mr. Hammond joined GMB in 2006 to contribute to the continued growth of the firm's Business Advisors division. Since 1996, Mr. Hammond has built a successful career advising owners of lower middle-market businesses and brings a wealth of knowledge about the unique processes required to maximize value for business owners in a market that has historically been underserved. Mr. Hammond has extensive experience leading transactions in manufacturing, distribution, business-to-business service and construction industries. Immediately prior to joining GMB, Mr. Hammond was vice president at an M&A advisory firm in Denver where he earned the firm's top awards for successful transactions. Mr. Hammond co-founded and served on the board of directors of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries from 1999 through 2002 and is a member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors. He is a board member of the Denver chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and a member and past president of the Colorado Mountain Bike Association. He is also a member of Ducks Unlimited, the world's largest and most effective private waterfowl and wetlands conservation organization. BS, Texas A&M University
