Mr. Bachik joined Green Manning & Bunch (GMB) in 2001. He founded and leads the firm's Building Materials & Services (BMS) practice which provides mergers & acquisitions, private financings, and financial advisory services to companies across the entire spectrum of the BMS industry. Prior to joining GMB, Mr. Bachik was involved in the creation of FMI Capital, a pledge fund formed in association with the management consulting firm, FMI Corp. FMI Capital pursued transactions exclusively within the BMS industry. Prior to that Mr. Bachik worked in the investment banking departments of Hanifen, Imhoff Inc. in Denver, CO and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. in New York City, NY. Mr. Bachik has been a contributing author to the Construction Accounting Deskbook and has written numerous articles related to mergers & acquisitions in the BMS industry.
