The BMS practice has completed approximately $1.4 billion in M&A transactions and financings for clients nationwide. Transactions ranging in size from $25 to $275 million have been completed with both private equity funds and domestic / international strategic acquirers such as Wienerberger AG in Austria, Boral Ltd. in Australia, and Volvo AB in Sweden.
